The Lezyne CO2 cartridge comes in a 16g and a 25g option. 16g will inflate a road tyre or a 26” XC tyre like a 2.0 or 2.1 while the 25g version is great for large 26” (think 2.5” DH tyres) and 29” tyres. The thread will work with all inflators that use threaded cartridges.

Finally, a CO2 cartridge (not a can) that will inflate mountain tires up to proper riding pressure. What is proper riding pressure? Well, the Lezyne 25 gram CO2 cartridge will get a real 2.5" tire up to 35 PSI, easily. Standard trail and all-mountain tires (2.1 - 2.3) will get up to 40 PSI and beyond with this 25 gram cartridge. The big plus is, while it's bigger than a 16 gram, it will still fit snugly in your seat bag, unlike a big, bulky, 40 gram can.
